Refer a Friend Scheme Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• The referrer must be an individual aged 18 or over and a resident of the UK.
• Referrals from recruitment agencies or other businesses are not eligible.

Referral Process

• The referred individual must not have had any active involvement with Gleeson Recruitment Ltd or GRG Executive Search in the past 12 months. This includes those who have been considered for a specific position, have applications currently under review, have recently registered with us, have been placed into a role, or are currently working in a temporary position through our business.
• The referred friend must secure a role through our recruitment services.

Reward:

• The referrer will receive £200 in Amazon vouchers after the referred friend has remained in the secured role for a minimum of six months.
• If Amazon vouchers are unavailable, a suitable alternative will be provided. 
• No cash alternative is offered.

General

• We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the referrer and the referred friend.
• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice.

Legal

• Participation in the scheme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
