Private Client Lawyer - Northampton

As a Private Client Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Department and other team members to continue delivering high-quality service to the company's clients. **Responsibilities Included:**
- Providing Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning advice, including the drafting of Wills and Trusts
- Drafting Lifetime Trusts and administering Trust procedures
- Handling the administration of estates, including calculating inheritance tax and ensuring relevant reliefs are applied
- Taking instructions and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Assisting with the marketing of the team and firm
- Collaborating with the Head of Private Client and other Fee Earners to contribute to the company's corporate objectives
**Skills and Attributes:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Private Client Lawyer/Solicitor
- Strong knowledge of Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning, with a willingness to learn about Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Passion for delivering high-quality service to clients
