I am sourcing an experienced Interim HR Shared Services profession for a 3 month contract.

The role is a an ongoing contract to support the Head of HR in shaping the transnational team by driving operational excellence who can lead and develop the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on team performance
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to streamline processes and improve the colleague experience.
  • Ensure service coverage, proactively managing risks and implementing contingency plans
  • Lead and develop a team

Experience Required

  • Experience working within a Shared service environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to change.
