Are you an experienced Head of HR looking for an opportunity to work for a growing SME, based in Redditch.
Salary up to £90k + Benefits.
Hybrid working with 3 days on site per week. Some travel to other sites alongside Redditch.
Managing a HR team, as Head of HR you will be developing the People strategy to support business growth, organisational design and developing HR systems and policies. Building strong stakeholder relations across the organisation and developing management capability and accountability across the organisation are key to the role.
As an experienced Head of HR you will have led on HR change, acquisitions and integration, as well as full HR generalist remit. Experience within a professional services environment is key for the role.
