We're looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to join their specialised finance team. This team plays a crucial role in shaping the company's future by driving financial insights that support expansion and efficiency.

As an FP&A Analyst, you'll work closely with teams across Revenue, Operations, and IT, providing data-driven recommendations that influence key business decisions. You'll be responsible for financial modelling, planning, and performance analysis to drive success in multiple markets.

This role offers an annual salary of up to £50,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to lead financial planning cycles, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Build and refine financial models to track business performance and trends.
  • Provide deep financial insights to support business growth and efficiency improvements.
  • Analyse and evaluate new market opportunities, offering recommendations for expansion.
  • Conduct variance analysis, identifying key drivers and potential risks.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reports and presentations to senior leadership.
  • Support financial system enhancements and process automation.
  • Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests to support key business decisions.

Candidate Experience, Skill and Attributes:

  • ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in financial analysis, modelling, and handling large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling expertise.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence decision-making.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a drive to make an impact.
