Fleet Operations Assistant

Temporary to Permanent assignment
Up to £12.80 an hour
Are you an experienced Operations Assistant looking for a new challenge? My client is seeking a proactive and efficient individual to join their Business Support Team. As a Fleet Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organisation's fleet of motor vehicles.
Responsibilities Included:
- Assist in the administration and coordination of the company's fleet of motor vehicles
- Provide a first point of contact by responding to telephone and email enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles using in-house Fleet database including adding new vehicles to MID, Breakdown
- Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations i.e. tax / mot
- Support services with fleet enquiries
Skills and Attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of government rules and regulations related to fleet management
