Overview
An innovative and well-established brand in the bathroom and home improvement sector is seeking a Digital Project Manager on a 3-month contract, working 3 days per week on-site in Nuneaton and 2 days remotely. The role focuses on enhancing the website's user experience and creating a seamless customer journey. A key deliverable is the development of a Shower Selector Tool to guide customers toward finding their ideal shower, providing a compelling and intuitive online experience.

Responsibilities

  • User Experience Enhancement: Analyze the current site to identify areas for improvement in user experience and customer journey, implementing impactful changes.
  • Shower Selector Tool Development: Lead the development of a Shower Selector Tool, ensuring an engaging and informative experience that helps customers choose products suited to their needs.
  • Roadmap Creation: Develop and manage a strategic roadmap for the Shower Selector Tool, aligning with business goals and user needs.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Conduct user research to better understand customer motivations, designing an emotionally engaging shopping journey that drives conversions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate proposed changes and gather early-stage feedback.
  • Magento Expertise: Leverage experience with the Magento platform to facilitate and oversee updates within the site framework.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that product design, user experience, and technical solutions align effectively.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and measure success post-implementation, using insights to drive iterative improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager with a focus on eCommerce and user experience.
  • Strong Magento expertise, particularly in user-centric feature development.
  • Proficiency in user research, wireframing, and UX design.
  • Demonstrated ability to create emotionally engaging, conversion-focused digital products.
  • Experience developing project roadmaps and enhancing customer journeys for eCommerce.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
