Business Support Coordinator

Location: Halesowen

Salary: Up to £12.80 an hour

Temporary Assignment

Gleeson Recruitment Group are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing team. As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of this company's operations.

Responsibilities Included:

  • Coordinating and managing administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure that all requests are handled efficiently and professionally
  • Provide a first point of contact by responding to telephone and email enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required

Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience in a similar Business Support role is essential
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and thorough approach
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
